This beautiful wooden hug token is is the perfect way to send someone a hug in the post to show that you are thinking of them.

Each wooden token comes with a unique poem, written by us, printed on card. It really is a lovely keepsake item. Envelopes are NOT included but we can send the hug directly for you.

If you would like to send the hug directly to the recipient, please ensure you use their address at checkout. We can also handwrite a note on the back of the card if you add it to the personalisation details on this listing. If you do not do this, then the back of the card will be sent blank for you to fill in yourself.

CARD - A6 Postcard

MATERIALS
TOKEN - 3mm Birch Ply. This is a natural product, so some blemishes may occur as no two pieces of ply wood are the same. Your product may be slightly different to the one seen in the photo, but it will be just as lovely!
CARD - Double Sided Smooth White Card with Grey and Mint Green Inks. The back of the card has a space to hand write a note (we can do this for you if you leave a note in the box before payment) and the token is attached using a glue dot. Due to environmental reasons, we do not package this item in a cello bag.

LASER ENGRAVING
Due to the nature of the laser engraving, there will be scorch marks on your final product. We try to take accurate photos of our products so you can see them in a true light. Scorch marks can vary from product to product.

As standard, we do not supply a digital proof of your order. This is to ensure that our dispatch times are met. If you would like to see a proof of how your personalisation will look, please email us after you place your order and we will be happy to oblige. Please note that this may cause a delay in dispatch and we will require a response from you within 3 working days. Failure to respond to the proof with approval or with edits will result in your order being cancelled.
Please supply your personalisation details in the box provided on the listing. Ensure all spellings/grammar/dates etc are correct, as we will not accept responsibility for any errors. We reserve the right to ammend the design slighly in order to accomodate long names/short names/more details/less details etc. We have a keen eye for detail and we will ensure that the personalisation details you provide look perfect on our product. If, for whatever reason, we need to change the design drastically to accommodate your personalisation details, then we will email.
Our current dispatch times will be displayed in our website header. Once your item is dispatched you will receive a shipping email with your tracking number (if applicable.) We mainly use Royal Mail, but for larger or more expensive orders, we may need to use a courier; your shipping email will contain all of the details. If you are in the UK, please allow 3 working days for your item to arrive, if it isn't with you by then, please check your tracking number online as it may be at your sorting office awaiting collection. Feel free to email us if you have any issues and we will be happy to help, but please understand that delivery times are out of our hands and parcels sometimes take a little longer to arrive than usual- we advise to order within plenty of time of your event.
If you need to cancel or ammend your order before it has been dispatched, please let us know asap. Please note that it may not always be possible to cancel or ammend your order as it may already be in production.

We do not accept returns on personalised items unless they are faulty or if we have made an error with the personalisation details. Even though we pack our products to ensure they reach you safely, damage can occur in transit. If this happens, please let us know asap and provide photos of the item and the packaging.

If you would like to return a non-personalised item, please email us within 30 days of receipt. We can then provide you with a RMA and return details. You will be liable for the return cost and items must unused and returned in their original packaging within 14 days.
