As standard, we do not supply a digital proof of your order. This is to ensure that our dispatch times are met. If you would like to see a proof of how your personalisation will look, please email us after you place your order and we will be happy to oblige. Please note that this may cause a delay in dispatch and we will require a response from you within 3 working days. Failure to respond to the proof with approval or with edits will result in your order being cancelled.
Please supply your personalisation details in the box provided on the listing. Ensure all spellings/grammar/dates etc are correct, as we will not accept responsibility for any errors. We reserve the right to amend the design slightly in order to accommodate long names/short names/more details/less details etc. We have a keen eye for detail and we will ensure that the personalisation details you provide look perfect on our product. If, for whatever reason, we need to change the design drastically to accommodate your personalisation details, then we will email.
Our current dispatch times will be displayed in our website header. Once your item is dispatched you will receive a shipping email with your tracking number (if applicable.) We mainly use Royal Mail, but for larger or more expensive orders, we may need to use a courier; your shipping email will contain all of the details. If you are in the UK, please allow 3 working days for your item to arrive, if it isn't with you by then, please check your tracking number online as it may be at your sorting office awaiting collection. Feel free to email us if you have any issues and we will be happy to help, but please understand that delivery times are out of our hands and parcels sometimes take a little longer to arrive than usual- we advise to order within plenty of time of your event.
RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or amend your order before it has been dispatched, please let us know asap. Please note that it may not always be possible to cancel or amend your order as it may already be in production.
We do not accept returns on personalised items unless they are faulty or if we have made an error with the personalisation details. Even though we pack our products to ensure they reach you safely, damage can occur in transit. If this happens, please let us know asap and provide photos of the item and the packaging.
If you would like to return a non-personalised item, please email us within 30 days of receipt. We can then provide you with a RMA and return details. You will be liable for the return cost and items must unused and returned in their original packaging within 14 days.
